The FiveSTAR Team Performance Indicator is an assessment tool capable of diagnosing, measuring and tracking team performance, so that you'll finally be able to answer the question "Are the training dollars I've invested paying off?"
TeamBuilders WorldWide created the proprietary FiveSTAR Team Performance Indicator (TPI) after decades of assessing the classic challenges associated with team and leadership dynamics in all types of organizations. Through our experiences working with global businesses, we have observed patterns in behaviors that have contributed to ordinary people achieving astonishing results as members of a high performing team. The combination of tasks in conjunction with the development of processes and an understanding and concern for the impact on people provides the vision and balance behind this tool.
The FiveSTAR TPI delivers objective data on team performance. Each team member takes an online survey that asks a series of 50 questions about his/her team's current state; participants are assigned a unique number to ensure anonymity. The results of the survey measure the functions and competencies for each team in the areas of role clarity, vision, communication, trust, motivation, commitment, dependency, level of conflict, team cohesiveness, and team synergy.
The resulting data, in conjunction with an in-depth needs assessment, will help reveal the areas where your team may require development. Catalyst facilitators will use this data to develop a program tailored to meet the unique needs of your organization.
